THE FYS is created to endure sea duty, have long range and good economy, and maintain predictable speed regardless of weather. It is outfitted with professional control, monitoring and communications systems. Optional Dynamic Positioning adds convenience when maneuvering near the mother ship.

The FYS wheelhouse duplicates features of offshore workboats, with windows on four sides, with forward and aft windows canted to eliminate glare, as on commercial ship bridges. The FYS gives captain and crew confidence and security as they are often required to perform heavier duty than the mother ship.
